		<description>Where in the NLRA does it stipulate that union shops have a right to perpetual exisitence? Where in the NLRA does it protect only the best interest of the local union, even when the company and other propsective employees and communities will suffer economic harm? How can the NLRB impose such restricitive practices an not be held to be in violation of anti-trust laws? These proposed actions by the NLRB are not only a violation of employers right to choose means, methods, and locations of production, it s an absolute attack on free-market practices that will result in government-mandated approval of business practices of private employers. Are we still in America..???</description>
